- Can you answer our phones?
- No person answers your phone. What we build is the next best thing: a text that goes out the moment a call is missed, with your booking link, so the customer does not call the next company. The missed-call sample shows one.
- Will it work with Jobber, Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan?
- If your software can export a list, import one, or connect through Zapier, almost always yes. Our written reply says before we start if something cannot be done in your tools.
- We are slammed in season and slow in winter. Does the plan fit?
- That is what pause is for. Send a stack of requests in the slow months, pause when the trucks are out all day, and pick it back up with one email. A pause lasts up to 3 months; billing stops at the end of the paid month. Your place and your price are kept.
- Do you need our Google or website logins?
- Only for the job that needs them, and only access you can remove afterwards. Most owners add us as a manager on the Google listing instead of sharing a password. We never ask for passwords by email.
