- We draft the application from your program notes, your numbers and the funder’s guidelines, and we check it against every question they ask. No one can promise an award. Your team reviews it and submits it.
- Is our donor and client data safe with you?
- We work on a copy you send, only for the job, and delete the working copy after delivery. Access to your systems is access you can remove. Nothing about the people you serve goes into any public example.
- Do you set up crisis lines?
- We build the phone menu, the recorded wording and the routing in your phone provider. A crisis option always goes first and goes straight to a real number you choose. We do not provide counseling or answer calls.
- We have no budget in some months. Then what?
- Pause, for up to 3 months. One email; billing stops at the end of the paid month and your place is kept. Send the next request when the grant comes in.
