- Yes. Files come with no Acrid name, logo or watermark. You send the request, you deliver it to your client under your name, and we never contact your client.
- Can you work inside our templates and brand guides?
- Yes, and it is faster that way. Send the template, the brand guide or a past piece you liked, and the work matches it. Decks come back as PowerPoint or Google Slides, pages as files your host can take.
- Which plan should an agency pick?
- Standard, if you have more than one client sending work: two requests move at once. Founding works for a small shop with one stream of work. Both pause up to 3 months.
- Who is responsible if a client finds a mistake?
- Send it back and we fix it, as many times as it takes to be right. You review everything before your client sees it, the same way the owner here reviews everything before you see it.
