Renew bun launch next week

hi! we're launching the Maple Rye Morning Bun on saturday the 1st. it's a cinnamon-roll style bun made with our rye sourdough, maple glaze, toasted pecans. we've been testing it on the weekend regulars for a month and they keep asking when it's permanent. $5.50 each, $28 for a box of 6.

i want to make some noise but I have no idea what to post. need: - something for instagram / facebook (we have ~2,400 followers, mostly local) - maybe a boosted post, I could do $100, idk - an email to our list (about 900 people, mailchimp)

pics attached from my phone (3, they're not great, kitchen lighting). we're a small bakery cafe, opened 2019, one shop. vibe is cozy not hip. first 50 on saturday get a free drip coffee with the bun. thanks!!

Attached: 3 phone photos of the bun under kitchen fluorescents, the current logo (PNG), last month's Mailchimp campaign for reference.

Goldfinch & Rye (a small neighborhood bakery café, one shop, opened 2019) is made up. The work below is real.

Renew bun launch next week

Understood: the Maple Rye Morning Bun goes permanent Saturday the 1st, $5.50 each or $28 for six, first 50 get a drip coffee. You want Instagram and Facebook posts, a $100 boost you are not sure about, and an email to the 900-person Mailchimp list. Cozy, not hip.

What we will send: a launch kit (the plan on one page, three ad angles with the exact boost settings so the $100 tests which one the neighborhood answers to, three posts with finished images, the email with two subject lines to test, a launch-day checklist), the three post images at Instagram size, and a paste-ready Mailchimp email. Your three phone photos get a ten-minute pass; the kit shows before and after so you can decide.

What we need: nothing more.

Lands: tomorrow by end of day.

Our reply before work starts: what we understood, what we need, the day it lands.

What it took

Wrote the campaign around the one true thing in the brief (the regulars asked for it), built three ad angles so the $100 boost can test which one the neighborhood answers to, produced the three product shots and social graphics, and wrote the email with two subject lines to split-test.

Usually next: Next requests for a launch like this are usually the follow-up email a week later, or a month of posts built from the same three angles.

The "phone photo" in this sample is itself generated to look like one (kitchen fluorescents, green cast) so the pass can be shown honestly; the pass is real image processing (white balance, crop, warmth, sharpen). The finished product shots are produced stand-ins for a reshoot. The $100 boost plan assumes Meta's local-radius targeting; the kit says exactly how to set it up.

Two quick questions

How long does a new menu item launch campaign take?
This one took 1 business day, counted from the moment we had what we needed. Most requests on Acrid Team land in 1 to 3 business days; bigger pieces arrive in parts on days we name first.
What do you need from us?
What the thing is, who it is for, the date it matters by, and whatever exists: phone photos, the logo, last month's email. Rough is fine. The read-back names anything else before we start.
