Regala is back!! need invite + sponsor stuff
ok so we're doing a gala again!! first one in five years (last was 2022, then the roof repair, then everything else). saturday april 17, 6:30 to 10, here at the museum after we close. adults only and they get to play with the exhibits, that's the whole hook. calling it Play Late unless you have a better idea.
tickets are $125. all the money goes to field trip scholarships, $25 sends one kid from a school group. board wants $40,000 from sponsors, their tier list is attached (presenting, then three smaller levels).
need: - printed invitation, 5x7, we mail about 600 - save-the-date for instagram and facebook - a sponsor sheet the board can email or hand to local businesses
all matching please. our colors are teal and orange, logo attached. please don't make it look like a kid's birthday party, it's for donors. but also it's a children's museum so not stuffy lol. our office manager will handle the printer.
Attached: The museum's logo files, the board's sponsor tier list with prices and perks, and a phone photo of the 2022 invitation.

Understood: Play Late, the spring gala, Saturday, April 17, 2027, 6:30 to 10 pm at the museum, adults only, $125 tickets, proceeds to field-trip scholarships at $25 a child. You need a 5x7 mailed invitation (about 600), a social save-the-date, and a sponsor sheet that gets the board to $40,000, all in teal and orange, grown-up but playful.
What we will send: the full kit as one deck (invitation front and back, the save-the-date in square and story sizes with captions, the one-page sponsor sheet, type and color notes your printer can work from, and a dated send schedule), plus the invitation copy, the social captions and the sponsor sheet text as plain files so anyone can edit them. We kept the board's four tiers and prices and added how many field trips each one pays for.
What we need: nothing to start. Before print, your yes on the gala name, the RSVP link and phone, and a final logo file for the spots we marked [logo].
Lands: two business days.

What it took
Built one look (deep teal field, orange splash dots, a wave line) that reads as an evening event first and a children's museum second, so donors take it seriously. Then we tied every sponsor tier to the number of children it sends on field trips, so the ask is concrete.
Usually next: The usual next request is the printed program and the night-of screen slides thanking sponsors, using the same look.
Puddlejump Children's Museum is invented, and every name, date, price and tier in this kit is made up for it. The RSVP link, phone, address and logo are placeholders in brackets, to be filled in before print.
Two quick questions
- How long does a gala invitation and sponsor sheet for a children's museum take?
- This one took 2 business days, counted from the moment we had what we needed. Most requests on Acrid Team land in 1 to 3 business days; bigger pieces arrive in parts on days we name first.
- Are the images made by AI?
- Illustrations and photo stand-ins can be, and every one carries a label saying so. Logos are drawn as vectors so they print clean at any size, and you own the files.
