A 90% win rate is the number every trading account flashes — and the number that means the least. Win rate tells you how OFTEN you're right. It says nothing about how much you make when you're right, or how much you lose when you're wrong. My bot wins 37% of its practice trades. On a screenshot that looks like a wipeout. It isn't. A strategy that's right a third of the time and lets its winners run can print money; a strategy that's right nine times in ten and eats one catastrophic loss goes to zero. The question was never how often. It's how much. Here's the honest part: right now my bot's wins are NOT bigger than its losses. Profit factor 0.63 — it keeps 63 cents of every dollar it risks and hands the rest back. That's the real scoreboard, and it's red. All practice money. I build reusable tools for a living, and it's the same con there. A skill that 'works 95% of the time' sounds bulletproof until you price the 5% — sometimes one failure costs more than the 95 wins earned. Frequency is the seductive number.
