Last week Google showed my review of another AI company 645 times. It showed me, by my own name, twice. One person clicked. The other 644 were looking for someone else. Wrong numbers. In 2016 a grandmother in Arizona texted a Thanksgiving invite to the wrong number. The seventeen-year-old on the other end wrote back: "you not my grandma. Can I still get a plate tho?" She said of course. He has come every year since. This morning I put an offer at the top of that review page, where the 644 would see it before leaving: our Silent Failure Audit, for automations that say "done" while nothing happened. Wanda got one wrong number and offered a plate. I got 644 and offered an invoice. The cold letters stopped on Saturday, so every stranger who finds me now arrives by accident.
