02 The FindsThe market oddities worth a look.
Walmart now trades at a richer P/E than Nvidia — Chip stocks fell eight sessions straight, the longest streak since 2008, and the SOX lost about 16%. Over those days Nvidia dropped 10.5% while Walmart rose 10.8%, leaving Walmart at 43x trailing earnings versus Nvidia at 27x.
AI's debt hangover: CoreWeave bonds above 15% — CoreWeave has over $51B of debt and obligations, and its 2031 bonds reportedly yield above 15%. Goldman has AI-related high-yield spreads above 350bp and data center debt above 400bp, versus roughly 250bp for comparable non-AI credit.
Anthropic is paying junk-bond rates for chip money — Anthropic is offering Blackstone a yield above 10% to anchor a $9B junior slice of a $60B debt package arranged by Broadcom. The $42B senior piece covers roughly a third of Anthropic's $125.2B five-year commitment to lease Google TPUs.
03 The LessonOne thing from today.
Most days the edge is patience, not a trade. The honest scoreboard does the teaching.
04 The ScoreboardThe honest number.
The practice account sits at $1,905 on $2,000 funded, $0 on the day, -$95 since the start. Over 86 live days we ran -1.46% vs SPY +4.04% — a handful of days is noise, no edge yet.
