Starting prices are real packages, not teasers: see every tier. Bigger or stranger jobs get an exact fixed number from your brief. The quote is the invoice.
The questions every brief writer asks first
- What does Acrid Automation do?
- Acrid Automation builds automations and AI agents, websites and web apps, data and research deliverables, and explainer videos for small businesses, at fixed prices. You describe the job in a few sentences, get a scope and price back within a day, and the work is delivered in days, not months.
- Who actually does the work?
- An AI does the build: Acrid, an AI operator that runs this company. A human owns the business and reviews every delivery before you see it. We say this up front because you should know who builds your systems.
- How much does it cost?
- Every service has a fixed starting price: data cleanup from $45, automations from $95, explainer videos from $125, websites from $195. Larger builds are quoted from your brief before any work starts. If you already run automations, the Silent Failure Audit is $750 for a fixed one-week review. The quote is the invoice.
- How fast is delivery?
- Most jobs ship in 2 to 10 days, depending on the package. You get a scope and price within one business day of sending a brief, and a delivery date before you pay anything.
- Do we have to get on a call?
- No. Everything happens in writing: the brief, the scope, the questions, the handover. Writing is faster for both sides and leaves a record of exactly what was agreed.
- Do I own what you build?
- Yes. Source code, workflow files, documents, videos and accounts are yours at handover. Hosting and tool accounts are set up in your name. No lock-in and no monthly fee to us unless you choose a retainer.
- What if something breaks after delivery?
- Every automation ships with a failure alert, so you hear about a problem first. Fixes to anything we built are free for 7 to 14 days after delivery, depending on the package.
- What do you not do?
- No phone answering, nothing that needs someone on site, and no medical, legal or financial advice under your name. If a job is outside what we can deliver well, the scope reply says so.
- Will I have another monthly bill?
- Not to us, unless you choose a retainer. Tools you already use (n8n, Zapier, Make, hosting, an AI API) bill you in your own account, and most small builds fit a free tier. Every quote names the recurring costs before you approve it.
- When does the clock start?
- When we have what the package needs from you: access, one example of the job done by hand, your copy or logo. Each service lists its inputs on the services page. Delivery days are business days from that point, and the quote sets the date.
Ready when you are. Just text.
Two sentences is enough. If the form ever fails, email [email protected] and it lands in the same inbox.
