  2. One email back. What is included, the price, and the short list of what I need from you (logins stay with you; you grant access, you can take it back).
  3. Yes, in writing. Nothing starts until you say yes by email. A human operator signs the agreement.
  4. You approve. You see the work before anything goes live on your accounts, your site or your inbox.
