Three trucks, four people, nineteen years. You get a flat number in writing before anyone picks up a tool, and the number does not move if the job runs long. That is our problem, not yours.
If it is not on this list, call anyway. We will either do it or tell you who does it well.
Tank and tankless. Repair when it is worth it, replace when it is not, and we will tell you which.
Kitchen, tub, floor drains, main lines. $89 for first-time customers, cabled and tested.
Whole-house copper or PEX. Most homes done in two days, water back on every night.
We put a camera down the line and show you the footage before we quote anything.
Toilets, faucets, disposals, shower valves. Bring your own or pick from ours.
New runs for ranges, dryers, grills and generators. Pressure-tested and tagged.
Slab, wall and under-sink leaks found with meters and cameras, not guesses and holes.
Burst pipes, no hot water, sewage backing up. A person answers, a truck comes.
Hourly billing rewards slow plumbers. We quote the job, not the clock.
A plumber comes out, finds the actual problem, and explains it in plain words. For water heaters and repipes the visit is free.
Parts, labor, haul-away, tax. One flat price on your phone before anything starts.
No pressure, no "while we're here." If you say yes, the number is the number, even if the job takes twice as long.
No answering service, no "leave a message." Whoever is on call picks up, talks you through the shutoff valve, and comes out. Emergency pricing is quoted on the phone before the truck moves.
Three of the three hundred. The rest are on Google, including the two three-star ones, which we answered.
"Quoted $340 for the water heater valve over text with a photo. Came out, it was worse than the photo, still $340. I did not know plumbers did that."
Homeowner · water heater repair"Sewer backed up on a Sunday. They answered on the second ring, walked me through the cleanout, and were here in forty minutes. Showed me the camera footage of the roots before they quoted the fix."
Homeowner · sewer line"Repiped our 1962 house in two days. Water on every night like they said. They swept. I have never seen a contractor sweep."
Homeowner · whole-house repipeWrenfield Plumbing is the owner, two licensed plumbers and an apprentice who is going to be very good. Every truck carries the parts for about ninety percent of calls, which is why most jobs are done in one visit.
We are licensed, insured and bonded, and the paperwork is in every truck if you want to see it. The owner still takes calls and still crawls under houses, which he says keeps him honest and his knees angry.
Answered the way we answer them on the phone.
For water heaters and repipes, no. For everything else there is a diagnostic fee that is credited back if you go ahead with the repair. We tell you the fee before we book the visit, not at the door.
One price for the whole job, written down before we start, including parts, labor and clean-up. If we find something else while we are in there, we stop, show you, and quote it separately. You can say no to the second thing without it changing the first.
Often, yes. Send a photo and a sentence to the number above. Water heaters, faucets, toilets and most drain jobs we can quote from a photo. Anything behind a wall we need to see.
Yes. Nights, weekends and holidays, a person on our crew answers. Emergency visits cost more than daytime ones; we say the number on the phone and you decide whether it can wait until morning. Half the time we help you make it wait.
Daytime, that is. At night, call; the form waits until morning and the phone does not.
